Responsibilities
1) Drive international sales of pesticides, fertilizers, and other agricultural inputs; develop new customers and retain existing accounts.
2) Execute go-to-market plans and sales strategies to achieve targets.
3) Collect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
4) Prepare marketing collateral; participate in international exhibitions and conferences to elevate brand presence.
5) Lead commercial negotiations with clients to secure and execute contracts smoothly.
6) Deliver professional customer service and resolve issues across the sales cycle.
Requirements
1) Associate degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields; experience in pesticides/fertilizers preferred.
2) 3+ years of international sales experience; strong familiarity with global markets and trade procedures.
3) Solid English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; an additional foreign language is a plus.
4) Strong communication, negotiation, customer-centric mindset, and market analysis capability.
5) Team player with strong execution and resilience under pressure.

4) Lead and coach the sales team to improve capabilities and overall performance.
5) Represent the company at major industry exhibitions and conferences to build brand equity.
6) Negotiate, finalize, and oversee the execution of sales contracts to ensure full compliance with terms.
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in international sales; strong knowledge of global markets and trade processes; pesticides/fertilizers experience preferred.
2) Excellent English communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking; additional languages are a plus.
3) Strong business negotiation and team leadership capabilities; collaborative mindset.
4) High stress tolerance and problem-solving skills; comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments.
