King Quenson organised its 2025 team-building event on June 29 in Shenzhen. The programme included visits to major city exhibitions and,  as the Vice President Unit of the HohXil Ecological Conservation Association, culminated in attending the premiere screening of “Guarding the Guardians 2025” by the Association. These activities aim to practice King Quenson’s social responsibility and deepen the joint understanding of King Quenson’s commitment to ecological protection.

In the morning, all King Quenson team members gathered at the Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning for the visits of the Urban Planning Exhibition and the “Great Tide Rising in the Zhujiang River” exhibition. These visits provided insights into Shenzhen’s urban development and the Daya Bay Area’s growth, reinforcing awareness of the role of sustainability in regional development.

This documentary, produced by the HohXil Ecological Conservation Association, highlighted its long-term efforts to protect ecosystems and support the plateau aborigines at the Three-River Source, known as the “Water Tower of Asia”, the place of origin of the Yellow River, Yangtze River and Mekong River which jointly supplies fresh water to the over 40% of the world's population located there.

During the premiere, Ms.Helen He, the president of King Quenson, delivered an online speech from Europe, introducing King Quenson’s commitment to cultivating the next generation of ecological guardians and calling for broader social participation to protect HohXil’s environment. She also shared that King Quenson has donated the King’s Landing series products, including TerraBoost with soil re-construction and water retention technologies and HarvestHero for stronger rooting ability, supporting the survival and growth of Tibetan willows planted in the challenging environment of the HohXil Nature Reserve.

The 110-minute film "Guarding the Guardians" records the youth of the river source guardians and the perseverance of all volunteers of the HohXil Ecological Conservation Association and generations of guardians running around the post station. It is the front-line patrol personnel, herders and children who have been protecting the ecological highlands at all costs for generations. The silent dedication of the guardians deeply moved every audience present.

The film’s philosophy that ecological health stems from mental health resonates deeply with King Quenson’s belief that external environmental stewardship reflects internal mindset balance.

Congratulations to the HohXil Ecological Conservation Association for the successful event. King Quenson remains dedicated to ecological protection initiatives and calls on more enterprises, organisations, and individuals to join together in safeguarding the biodiversity and environmental balance of the globe.
